360 ASSESSMENTS

A proactive, high-level ESG risk management diagnostic that assesses non-financial risk management. Like an annual physical, the 360 Assessment identifies weaknesses, provides data and recommends actions and strategies.

360 Assessments provide strong risk management key performance indicators (KPI) that include ESG. These indicators assist with leveraging traditional ESG practices with overall risk management goals. These assessments assist in developing and operating an integrated risk management system.

Assessment findings help CFOs, corporate risk officers/managers, EHSS executives, corporate counsel and internal auditors manage risk, avoid catastrophic events and provide business continuity assurance.

Three Assessment Levels

Initial Exam (phone and web-based)
The Initial Exam is web-based in conjunction with phone interviews. It includes a detailed questionnaire that addresses the ESG and organizational risk profiles. An analysis and recommendations for reducing risk and improving performance is given in a web-based follow-up meeting and a hard-copy report.

Core Exam (on-site, 2–3 days)
Informed by the findings of the Initial Exam, the Core Exam is based on client goals using a 500-plus-question database. Conducted on site, the Core Exam includes stakeholder interviews, document examination and visual observation. Findings and recommendations are reported either in person or via web-based meetings.

Comprehensive Exam
The Comprehensive Exam digs deeper into business units, supply chains or specific stakeholder domains. This exam provides detailed information in specific areas along with assurance verification.
