SOCIAL LEADERSHIP

Training in a New Operating Paradigm

Events of 2020 brought to the fore numerous social aspects of risk that have not historically been considered in organizational risk profiles—namely the health and well-being of the organizations themselves and the communities that support them. Workplaces have been impacted, and our understanding of which is still playing out.

What is clear is that rules of engagement between organizations and their workforce have shifted and, notion of “out of balance” are not uncommon.

.

A New Leadership Paradigm
