ABOUT THE INSTITUTE

Our Mission
To generate new knowledge, practices and language at the intersection of public health, risk science, organizational science, cognitive science, sustainability and public policy.

In 2017, Charles Redinger founded the Institute for Advanced Risk Management to explore new and non-traditional paradigms that advance risk management science with the goal of improving human, global and organizational health and well-being.

A driver in the Institute’s work is the premise that risk management has the transformative ability to unleash organizational capacity, creativity, and innovation—which leads to increased engagement and resilience, and positive impacts both inside and outside the organization.

The Institute conducts action research and assessments, generates publications, offers training programs and provides guidance, mentoring and coaching to companies and policymakers.
