RISK MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM FOR INDIVIDUALS
IARM’s Risk Management Certificate program is perfect for EHSS and risk management professionals who want to build skills and expertise in Awareness-Based Risk Management (ABRM).
The program is web-based and is designed to be completed in roughly 30-hours over three months. The program modules contain lesson plans, videos, a reading packet, and a quiz.
The Certificate Program’s curriculum is based on the book “Organizational Risk Management:
A Post-2020 Guide for EHSS Professionals and their C-Suites.” Modules include:

Participants create a project at the beginning for use throughout the program. They are tasked with identifying a project, that when completed, would make a significant difference in their organization. The Program is tailored for mid- to senior-level EHSS/risk management professionals, including c-suite personnel.
At the Program’s core is an Integrated Risk Management framework that reflects cutting-edge organizational design concepts – specifically ones related to Generative Organizational Fields.
