CULTURE OF HEALTH FOR BUSINESS (COH4B)

Organizational Health is at the center of our work. For over a decade, Dr. Redinger has been advocating for the evolution of a new risk language, one that is focused on health—the health of the organization, the worker, the community, and the world.

Dr. Redinger has served as an advisor to the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s work on the development of a Culture of Health for Business framework, injunction with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). This focus on health allows risk management puzzles to be solved with greater speed and efficiency. Building and sustaining a culture of health within business is currently gaining momentum, yet it has always been the core work of IARM.

Our approach to organizational health, Awareness-Based Risk Management (ABRM), has evolved from our work at the intersection of public/global health, organizational science/development, management theory, sustainability, public policy, and organizational risk management. At IARM we view an organization as a living system. Key attributes of this system are: equilibrium, internal alignment on vision and mission, execution discipline, and the ability to regenerate.

Our workshops and Risk Management Certificate Program  provide skills, frameworks and systems to strengthen your culture of health and optimize the key attributes of your organization.
