CHARLES REDINGER, PHD

“The aspiration to improve human, community, environmental and global health and well-being is universal.

The futurist Willis Harman observed that businesses are key—if not the key—to achieving this.

My work has been driven by this aspiration and Harman’s observation.”

Throughout his career, Charles Redinger has been a tireless advocate for EHSS professionals—driven by the desire to make a positive impact on global health and well-being with them and their organizations. His transformative teaching, coaching, and frameworks supports EHSS professionals in building future-ready companies that provide sustained value, positive impact, and risk resilience. His research has included: leveraging EHSS to impact organizational health; risk as a generative social field; and using risk management as a vehicle to impact organizational culture. He is a recognized thought leader in risk management systems and performance measurement, and is sought after by corporations and regulators alike for his deep understanding of risk, public health, and organizational science.
